Marikay Abuzuaiter ran successfully for Greensboro City Council with a TechTriad WordPress website assisting her campaign. The site makes donations easy for online visitors to give and adds a volunteer form that provided the campaign with extra help.
Marikay complied a number of excellent testimonials that the site “shows off” in an easy-to-read and easy-to-update manner. It includes an online form for site visitors to add their own testimonials (subject to moderation) and several were received via the website.
The website is connected to social media accounts and because this candidate’s last name is tricky to spell, she uses a simpler “second domain” to help visitors find her site.
